———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————– SANDWICHES All of our sandwiches served on a generous slice of French baguette, baked locally and fresh every day! Smoked Turkey Sandwich: This is a staff favorite! We start with delicate strips of roasted red pepper marinated in our own balsamic vinaigrette, A bit of olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette seasons the bread, we add thin slices of Hickory smokey turkey breast, topped with whole milk mozzarella. We fire the whole thing in the oven bringing the marinade flavors deep into the turkey and a bit of caramelizing to the cheese. Served Piping Hot and Delicious! $7 House Made Meatball Parmesan: We start with our secret recipe garlic house made meatballs. (Made with 100% pure lean beef). Then we add a generous portion of our homemade marinara. We fire this one in the oven and top it with a nice helping of 100% fresh grated Parmesan cheese. $7 Traditional Caprese: Italy’s favorite, and a delicious classic sandwich. This sandwich starts with extra virgin olive oil and house balsamic vinaigrette on soft french baguette. We pile on sliced of fresh mozzarella, whole basil leaves, and slices of Roma tomatoes. Simple and elegant! We really recommend adding some fresh sliced Prosciutto! $7 WINGS (all REALLY meaty drumsticks) $7 (over a pound per serving) we’ve got three types: Habanero Apple (spicy), Sriracha Honey (medium), a Sweet BBQ (low heat). Lou Ferrigno vs. a shark with throwing stars for teeth $21 Our version of a buffalo pie: mozzarella, sriracha hot sauce, baked chicken, onion, and hot banana peppers. *Feel free to substitute tofu for the bird.* 10. Brigitte Nielsen vs. a fanny-pack full of pit vipers vs. whatever it was that killed my grandpa $24 A middle eastern dream, a white pie with fresh mint, braised leg of lamb, artichoke and goat cheese. 11.
